Tobias Zuberbühler is co-editor of a leading commentary on the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration (3rd ed 2023) and co-author of a commentary on the IBA Rules of Evidence (2nd ed 2022). He regularly publishes and holds presentations to keep ahead of important legal developments such as the effects of corruption on arbitration, document production and the reduction of costs in arbitration proceedings.
